    Job Description:

Our work depends on Instructional Developer joining our team to develop partnerships with our NCMMIS stakeholders to provide the highest level of interactive learning to ensure our customers are engaged and have an understanding of customer systems and requirements.

    In this role, a typical day will include:


    Designing and developing instructional approaches and interactive courseware to meet training requirements
    Collaborating directly with customers and stakeholders to identify training needs

    Developing courseware using the latest in eLearning design and technology
    Managing courseware offerings in our LMS including updates to content and training delivery schedules

    Well-qualified candidates will have:


    Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience; AND
    2 or more years of related experience
    Demonstrated experience designing instructional methods and creating training materials utilizing eLearning applications (Camtasia, Articulate Suite)

    Demonstrated experience managing an LMS

    The likely salary range for this position is $64,230 - $66,700. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
