  • Support distance education compliance and digital accessibility standards (ADA, Section 504/508, WCAG), guiding faculty on accessible course materials, media captioning, and regular and substantive interaction (RSI) requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Assessment Committee and academic leadership to configure outcome alignments, common rubrics, and shared assessments in Blackboard, pulling and organizing course and program assessment data.
  • Support faculty and student use of institutional AI sandboxes, pilots, and emerging educational technology tools, contributing pedagogical expertise to institutional AI competency frameworks and working groups.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Knowledge of Universal Design for Learning and digital-accessibility standards (e.g., ADA, Section 504/508, WCAG).
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and patiently to faculty with varying comfort with technology.
