Instructional Designer AI-Enabled Learning

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to support a leading biotechnology company in developing innovative, AI-powered learning experiences for global commercial teams. This individual will design engaging e-learning courses, micro-learning modules, and AI-driven simulations while ensuring all training materials meet regulatory and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop interactive e-learning courses, micro-learning modules, and AI-powered training simulations.

• Utilize AI-enabled learning tools such as Sana Labs, Articulate 360, Rise, Synthesia, or similar platforms.

• Partner with subject matter experts and stakeholders to translate complex information into effective learning materials.

• Manage training content through Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) review and approval processes.

• Develop engaging learning experiences that improve knowledge retention and employee performance.

• Upload, assign, and manage training content within LMS/LXP platforms.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and deliver learning solutions.

• Support virtual and instructor-led training programs as needed.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of instructional design experience, preferably in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, commercial, or sales training environments.

• Hands-on experience developing e-learning content using AI-enabled tools and instructional design platforms.

• Proficiency with tools such as Articulate 360, Rise, Storyline, Sana Labs, or similar.

• Experience with MLR review processes or comparable compliance-driven training environments.

• Experience developing micro-learning, simulations, and scenario-based learning.

• Working knowledge of LMS/LXP platforms, including content management and learner tracking.

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting pharmaceutical or biotechnology commercial training.

• Familiarity with sales enablement, product launches, or onboarding programs.

• Experience with AI-powered learning platforms such as Synthesia, Sana Labs, or Arist.

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning & Development, or a related field.
