Education and Experience • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Technology, Instructional Design, Instructional Systems Design, or a closely related field, or an equivalent. Closely related degrees must include the majority (or "a core group") of coursework in instructional design, theory, and practice. • Additional qualifications or experience as required by the contract position. • Successful completion of an approved Military Instructor Training Program is a plus.
