It's why people join our team and it's why they stay here.Description: Stillwater Area Public Schools is seeking a licensed elementary educator to serve as a Title II Instructional Coach at St. Croix Catholic School. The assignment is limited to the equitable non-public portion of Title II funds. Primary duties include supporting teachers with instructional strategies and classroom culture for up to 4 hours per week through the end of the school year. Compensation follows the supplemental compensation rates in Appendix B of the 2025-2027 SCEA Master Contract $33.89 / hour. Once hired, the employee will work with Stillwater Area Public Schools and St. Croix Catholic School to finalize the schedule.
