Position Summary:
Full-time, salaried, instructional coach position responsible for supporting and providing instructional guidance of teachers to best prepare students, regardless of tested ability, for success in college. Responsibilities include coaching a team of 8-12 teachers of a content area focused on, but not limited to: lesson planning, instructional delivery, curriculum integration, designing formative assessments using the learning standards of the University of Chicago Charter School, analyzing assessment data, and participating in and leading professional development activities.

The included pay rate or range represents the University of Chicago Charter School''s good faith estimate of the possible compensation offer for this role at the time of posting. The salary will be commensurate of years of experience and education.
