Instructional Assistant
Website and Marketing Coordinator
? Update calendars, news items, announcements, and key information for students, families, and staff.
? Post timely information regarding events, schedules, and important deadlines.
? Coordinate with administration to ensure required policies, forms, and reports are accessible.
? Assist with creation and distribution of school marketing materials, including digital flyers and newsletters.
? Assist with school social media or other communication platforms as directed by administration.
? Help collect and share photos, stories, and highlights that reflect the school's mission and programs.
? Collaborate with administration to support student recruitment, community engagement, and school events.
? Provide simple summaries of communication or engagement data to support decision-making.
? Maintain organized records of website updates, campaigns, and outreach activities.
? Respond to staff requests for website updates and marketing support as directed by administration.
? Make recommendations to administration to improve clarity, accessibility, and consistency of school communications.
Minimum Requirements
? Associate's degree or at least 48 college credit hours preferred; bachelor's degree in education, communications, marketing, or a related field strongly preferred.
? Ability to maintain a professional demeanor in all situations and to withhold confidential information.
? Ability to respond to changing situations in the workplace and exhibit flexibility.
? Ability to perform multiple tasks concurrently under varying deadlines and adapt to changing work priorities.
? Ability to set work priorities, take initiative, and work efficiently under minimum supervision.
? Ability to work individually with students, parents, and staff utilizing appropriate strategies to encourage success in the total school environment.
? Preferred experience with high school students, MTSS and behavior support, as well as students with anxiety or other social/emotional needs.
? Preferred experience with website content management, social media, or school marketing and communications.
? Preferred experience with basic data collection and analysis to support student services and school communications.
