Instructional Assistant - 18-22 Program

Triton High School is seeking an Instructional Assistant to work with students in our 18-22 TLC program. The 18-22 TLC program serves students whose cognitive profiles require significant modifications to access the curriculum. Students in the 18-22 program are focused on developing life and vocational skills alongside their academic curriculum. Members of the 18-22 program spend their days in the high school setting and other locations in our community as they work on developing the individual skills each student needs.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum requirement of a high school diploma.
2. Strong interpersonal skills required.
3. Knowledgeable about ABA principles.
4. Prior experience with English Language Learners preferred
5. Willingness to help support a diverse group of students.
6. Supportive of students'' social and emotional needs.
