Provides organizational, clerical, bookkeeping, and logistical support to the Music Department under the direction of the music teacher(s) and/or designated administrator. Duties may include maintaining records and inventories; processing and tracking purchase orders, invoices, receipts, and department expenditures; organizing music, supplies, uniforms, instruments, and equipment; coordinating schedules, events, performances, field trips, and transportation logistics; preparing materials and communications; assisting with registration and participation records; maintaining accurate departmental files; and communicating with staff, families, vendors, and school personnel regarding routine logistical matters. May provide limited student supervision and other related support duties as assigned.
