- Work with students one-on-one or in small groups
- Assist students and help them stay on task during lessons
- Implement accommodations/provisions based on student IEPs
- Help lead lessons and facilitate the exceptional needs classroom
- Student supervision during arrival, dismissal and recess
- Assist with preparing classroom for the instructional day
- Any other duties assigned by the principal
