Institutional Listing Agent

Summary

We’ve secured an exclusive, ongoing pipeline of institutional listings from one of the nation’s largest single-family rental owners. This is a rare opportunity to access a reliable, guaranteed inventory of listings without the need to generate your own business.

We’re seeking one agent or a small team to make this opportunity their primary book of business and manage the entire listing process—from BPO through closing.

Responsibilities

Listing Preparation

• Coordinate and/or complete BPOs within a strict 2-business-day turnaround
• Ensure photo, video, and commentary standards are met to institutional quality
• Classify and recommend the appropriate pricing strategy for each property

Active Listings

• Work with the listing team to list properties to the MLS within 2 business days of "Clear to List"
• Manage price reduction recommendations backed by DOM, showings, offers, and market data
• Maintain signs, lockboxes, and QR-scannable feature sheets on every active listing
• Host or coordinate the required 2 open houses per month, per listing

Transactions

• Present offers using the program's standardized format and route them correctly to the appropriate team
• Manage escrow coordination, in-escrow repair requests, and (when necessary) terminations, following program templates and timelines
• Serve as the field point of contact for construction and analyst teams

Program

• Participate in weekly reporting on listing/transaction status

Qualifications

• Active NM real estate license, willing to transfer
• Highly responsive — comfortable with tight, non-negotiable turnaround windows
• Detail-oriented; able to produce accurate, professional BPO documentation and follow strict submission formats
• Comfortable working inside a CRM/autoplan system (we use Brivity) for lead routing, sign calls, and follow-up
• Professional communicator who can represent institutional standards to buyers, buyer agents, and vendors
• Self-starter who thrives with a structured process and minimal hand-holding
