POSITION SUMMARY The Institutional Giving Manager is a member of the College Success Foundation - District of Columbia's (CSF-DC's) Development team and is responsible for identifying, securing and enhancing sources of organization funding to further CSF-DCs organizational priorities, programs and initiatives. The Institutional Giving Manager is responsible for researching and identifying grant opportunities required to meet CSF-DC's program and revenue goals, and developing and implementing processes to ensure alignment with CSF-DC's priorities. The Institutional Giving Manager leads cross-functional teams in developing and reviewing proposals, and prepares all materials and data required to submit accurate and compelling requests for funding and convey progress towards grant deliverables. The Institutional Giving Manager cultivates and manages positive relationships with grantors.
