Installation Technician

We are seeking experienced Commercial HVAC Installers for long-term work across the San Fernando and Santa Clarita Valleys. This role involves installing HVAC systems for multifamily construction, commercial projects, and tenant improvements. We offer steady work, competitive pay, and a strong team environment.

• Install commercial and multifamily HVAC systems according to plans and specifications.
• Set equipment, run ductwork, install registers, thermostats, linesets, and controls.
• Work on tenant improvement projects, remodels, and new construction.
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings and blueprints.
• Work with sheet metal, copper, PVC, and various installation materials.
• Coordinate with site supervisors and other trades to maintain project timelines.
• Ensure all work is completed safely, cleanly, and to code.

• Experience installing HVAC systems in commercial or multifamily settings.
• Ability to perform layout, set equipment, and complete full install phases.
• Familiarity with ductwork installation, brazing, condensate, and refrigerant piping.
• Reliable transportation to job sites in the San Fernando and Santa Clarita Valleys.
• Ability to work the full schedule of 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.

• Journeyman HVAC certification.
• EPA Universal certification.

Work is primarily conducted at various job sites throughout the San Fernando and Santa Clarita Valleys. The role requires the use of standard HVAC installation tools and materials such as sheet metal, copper, and PVC. The work schedule is from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, emphasizing safety and adherence to codes.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Fernando, CA.

The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $32.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
