Qualifications:

Experience in construction, warehousing, manufacturing, equipment installation, or a related skilled trade environment.
Strong understanding of hand tools and power tools.
Excellent attendance, punctuality, and reliability.
Must Have Steel or Composite toe work shoes/boots
Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work with tools throughout the day.
Day-to-day: 

Insight Global is seeking motivated and dependable Installation Technicians to support the installation and anchoring of industrial, warehouse, and commercial equipment. The shift will be Monday through Friday 7:30am-3:30pm.

 

This role requires strong mechanical aptitude, experience using hand and power tools, and the ability to follow installation drawings and specifications. Successful candidates will be comfortable working independently and performing repetitive installation tasks with a high degree of accuracy and safety. The ideal candidate comes from a construction, warehousing, equipment installation, manufacturing, or skilled labor background and has experience working with tools, measurements, drilling systems, and installation drawings.

Responsibilities: 

Install and anchor equipment according to drawings and specifications.
Read and interpret installation layouts and blueprints.
Measure, mark, and verify equipment locations using a tape measure.
Operate drills, impact drivers, socket sets, and other hand and power tools.
Drill and anchor equipment into concrete using SDS/SDS Max systems.
Work independently or lead small teams to complete projects.
Maintain a safe, organized, and professional job site.
Follow all company safety and attendance expectations.
