Supervise and coordinate Installation Technicians Levels 1-4
Lead advanced installation and integration activities
Protect engineering intent and fabrication alignment )
Coordinate project execution, schedules, and field reporting
Serve as senior client-facing representative on site
Enforce safety and compliance standards
Mentor technicians and drive workmanship standardsEducation and Certifications
Associate degree or technical training required.
AVIXA CTS required.
CTS-I or CTS-D required.
OSHA 30 required.
Dante Level 2 or 3 preferred.
CCNA preferred.Competencies, Skills and ExperiencesRequired
8-10 years AV installation experience
3 years supervisory experience in AV field
Expert technical knowledge
Strong communication and decision-making skillsDesired
Bachelor's degree
