Installation & Service Technician (Construction)

The Installation & Service Technician is responsible for installing, servicing, and performing preventative maintenance on ceiling track lift systems and related patient handling equipment. This role requires strong construction experience and the ability to work independently in hospitals, long term care facilities, group homes, and private residences.

• Install ceiling track lift systems and related equipment according to required standards.

• Conduct site surveys to gather measurements and information needed for installation planning.

• Perform audits on in progress and completed installations to ensure compliance.

• Coordinate delivery and storage of materials for installation projects.

• Maintain accurate records for expenses, testing, and training.

• Train end users on safe operation of installed equipment.

• Perform service repairs and scheduled preventative maintenance.

• Maintain company vehicle and inventory in clean, organized condition.

• Travel to job sites as needed (up to 25%).

• 3 5 years of experience in construction, mechanical, electrical, or plumbing work.

• High School Diploma or GED.

• OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 preferred.

• Valid U.S. driver's license with minimal infractions.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in environments with noise, dust, heights, and moving parts.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
