About the Role As the Installation Manager, youll use your project management skills to lead and support our installation team-making sure every job is scheduled, staffed, and executed with precision. Youll be the driving force behind smooth operations, quality control, and team development, helping us deliver top-tier flooring experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and develop the Installation Team to reach peak performance.
  • Manage daily installation schedules, ensuring jobs are staffed and completed efficiently.
  • Conduct regular site visits and inspections to uphold quality and resolve issues promptly.
  • Facilitate Installer training, certification, and ongoing development.
  • Support the sales team by assisting with appointments and customer interactions when needed.
  • Communicate proactively with Installers to keep everyone aligned and equipped.
  • Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and outstanding customer service.

Who You Are:

  • Experienced in project management or coordinating teams in dynamic environments.
  • A strong leader and communicator who builds trust and motivates others.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Reliable, organized, and solution-driven.
  • Possess a valid drivers license and dependable transportation.
