Position SummaryThe Installation Manager (IM) leads plans and crews to ensure successful completion of residential roofing and construction projects. This role oversees scheduling, crew assignments, job quality, and cost management while maintaining high standards of safety and customer satisfaction. The IM is responsible for training and developing, monitoring crew performance, and matching crews to projects based on skills and capabilities. Additional responsibilities include reviewing order changes, validating CRM (ServiceTitan) entries, and partnering with office staff to ensure accurate job costing and compliance with company standards.

QualificationsRequired: Previous experience in roofing or construction as a project manager or leader
Schedule & Compensation8-10 hour shifts with weekend work as neededFull-time role with salary plus performance-based bonuses
