You will aim to extend equipment life, increase reliability, and reduce service calls to elevate customer satisfaction and loyalty.RESPONSIBILITIESDraw basic onsite surveys for beverage system installationsInstall beverage systems at customers locationTroubleshoot beverage systems both onsite and remotelyProvide ice machine preventative maintenance in restaurant, retail, and other commercial facilitiesPerform regular cleaning of machinesLoad finished product onto truckMove products to warehouse storageResponsible for quality control and following FDA compliance regulations and proceduresOperate within standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Job Safety Analysis (JSAs)Operate hand truck dollyPerform preventive maintenance, cleaning, and repair work on equipmentCommunicate with Operations Manager on equipment and material needsClean and maintain work area during and after the jobWork with team at warehouse and corporate office, to ensure company goals are metDemonstrate time management and prioritizationOther duties as assignedREQUIREMENTSHigh School Education or equivalentExperience with HVAC or appliance repair highly preferredAptitude for repairing equipment and mechanically inclinedClass B CDL with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements preferredAbility to work full-time with a rotating on-call scheduleAbility to work independently and with a teamAbility to push, pull, and move up to 75 poundsAbility to raise, lower, climb and balance on ladders safelyAbility to successfully complete a pre-employment physical ability testClean driving record and ability to pass drug testing and background check requirementsWHY HELGET?For over 30 years, Helget Gas Products has been a premier supplier of CO2, oxygen, and helium products to multiple verticals including the medical, beverage, and entertainment industries.
