Primary Job ResponsibilitiesInstallation of Windows, Doors and SunroomsWillingness to learn and apply the "Seaway Way" to installation skillset Interpersonal skills to allow for a great customer service and communications experienceTeam oriented focus, with a willingness to work in both a small and large group, taking direction from multiple peopleQualificationsMust have good communication skillsMust have basic carpentry skillsMust have ability to support the installation of windows and doorsMust be able to pass a background checkBasic understanding of the use of electrical and manual equipment required for basic carpentry (Powered saws, hammers, rulers, etc.)Must be comfortable working at heights associated with residential and light commercial installations and the use of ladders Willingness to follow and enforce all company and safety guidelines at all times Qualifications PreferredPrevious experience installing windows and doors Current lead certification and OSHA 10 Lead training is a requirement, but can be completed once on the job, at the cost of the companyLimited ability to conduct repairs or maintenance of equipment and installations, as requiredSunroom installation training/experienceWillingness to learn new skills on the job Wages- $13.00 - $18.00 - Negotiable based on skill set and experience Benefits- Medical, dental, vision, Company funded life insurance, ADD policy and STD, 401k with company match
