You'll coordinate with customers, contractors, and internal teams while providing leadership and support to installation technicians.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and lead field crews on commercial HVAC controls and building automation installationsReview project drawings to plan conduit routing, control panel locations, and installation methodsCoordinate daily activities with general contractors, mechanical contractors, and other tradesMonitor project schedules, labor, and material usage to keep projects on trackInspect completed work to ensure quality and compliance with project specificationsCoach, train, and develop installation technicians to strengthen team performancePromote a safe work environment while ensuring company policies and jobsite safety standards are followedRequired QualificationsFive or more years of experience installing HVAC controls or building automation systemsPrevious experience supervising installation crews or managing field operationsStrong understanding of DDC systems, low-voltage wiring, and installation best practicesAbility to interpret mechanical and electrical drawings, submittals, and sequences of operationValid driver's license with a clean driving recordCandidates will be required to pass a drug screening & background check upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
