Stand-By Personnel has an immediate temp-to-hire opening for an Inspector/Packer (Night Shift) in Sand Springs! This is your opportunity to join a high-production team working with forged rail products in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: $18+/hr (DOE) | Shift: MondayFriday, 6:00 PM 6:00 AM
What Youll Do:
- Inspect rail spikes for defects and quality standards
- Use gauges to verify size and shape
- Operate packaging equipment and monitor fill weights
- Label, stack, and move finished products
- Assist with forklift or overhead crane operations
What Were Looking For:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Comfortable with repetitive work
- Experience with basic measuring tools
- Forklift experience a plus (training available)
