Inspector Packer - 3rd Shift

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for scrap, efficiency, and product quality on the product line.
• Inspect and pack quality bags into box/tote according to bag specifications.
• Ensure box/tote counts are accurate as per the bag specification.
• Uphold quality standards and report any suspect or defective product for review.
• Collaborate with team members assigned to the machine, assisting operators as needed.
• Practice 5S, Good Housekeeping, and Machine Sanitation per company standards.
• Learn to pack all bag specifications on all machines in the production facility.
• Complete all documentation accurately and thoroughly.
• Assist in training other Inspector/Packer personnel.
• Perform other responsibilities and projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• No previous experience required, on-the-job training provided.
• Attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Pallet jack experience
• Basic computer skills.
