    Description

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Inspector to join our client’s team in West Union, SC.  The Inspection Operators are responsible for using gaging equipment and visual inspection methods to identify and sort conforming and non-conforming products, helping ensure we meet the quality and production requirements of both internal and external customers.Responsibilities
    • Perform visual and dimensional inspections and sort product in any area of the plant requiring quality inspection.
    • Use appropriate gaging and inspection methods to verify product meets specifications.
    • Identify and escalate abnormal conditions to the Team Leader.
    • Meet established productivity goals and production targets.
    • Maintain satisfactory attendance, including maintaining fewer than 2 attendance points at all times.
    • Verify that prior processes have been correctly signed off on operation sheets.
    • Follow all company quality, safety, and production procedures.
    • Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs.
    Requirements
    • High School Diploma, GED, or SC WorkKeys certification will be considered.
    • Previous manufacturing, quality inspection, or production experience is a plus.
    • Ability to sit or stand for the duration of the shift.
    • Ability to work overtime and weekends when required.
    • Must be able to maintain attention to detail while performing repetitive inspection tasks.
    • Must follow all required safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE.
    • Strong attention to detail.
    • Good visual inspection skills.
    • Dependable attendance and punctuality.
    • Ability to identify quality issues and communicate concerns promptly.
    • Ability to follow instructions, procedures, and quality requirements.
    • Willingness to work as part of a team and support production goals.
