Insights Manager

Perform data analysis, build business models, and develop reports / dashboards to support supplier and retailer guidelines, including shelving guidance giving leverage to regional marketing teams for use by local sales teams. Conduct supplier/brand analyses – including financials, pricing, profitability, and simulation models pertaining to market data to strategize business optimization, promotions, categories, pricing, forecasting, and planning.

Responsibilities:

Position Responsibilities: 

• Analyze large, complex data sets to address strategic and operational business questions
• Distills and communicates key insights across all levels of the organization
• Perform data analysis, build business models, and develop reports / dashboards to support supplier and retailer guidelines, including shelving guidance giving leverage to regional marketing teams for use by local sales teams
• Delivery of standard category management practices: shelf management, promotion planning/analysis, pricing analysis, and business development projects
• Responsible for supporting strategic planning by delivering forward-looking consumer/shopper analysis to increase our overall business through evaluating threats, implications, opportunities and making actionable recommendations
• Conduct supplier/brand analyses – including financials, pricing, profitability, and simulation models pertaining to market data to strategize business optimization, promotions, categories, pricing, forecasting, and planning
• Travel up to 15% of the time
• Other duties as assigned 

Qualifications:

Required Education and Experience: 

• Bachelor's Degree with 6 to 8 plus years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 9 to 11 plus years of specific experience

Preferred Education and Experience: 

• Master’s Degree
