Job Title: Counter Sales / Inside Sales Associate
Location: El Paso
Pay: $15.00
Schedule: 8-5 M-F. Could change to 7-5 depending on need.
Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Counter Sales / Inside Sales Associate to support daily operations. This role is responsible for assisting customers and processing orders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete and manage will-call orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships
- Upsell products by identifying additional needs and recommending related items
- Process orders, generate quotes, and enter information into the system
- Serve as a liaison between customers and warehouse team
Minimum Qualifications:
- 24 years of experience in customer service, sales, or related field
- Computer literate
