Job Title: Counter Sales / Inside Sales Associate

Location: El Paso
Pay: $15.00
Schedule: 8-5 M-F. Could change to 7-5 depending on need.

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Counter Sales / Inside Sales Associate to support daily operations. This role is responsible for assisting customers, processing orders, supporting warehouse/yard activities, and driving sales through excellent service and product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete and manage will-call orders accurately and efficiently
  • Pull and prepare orders from warehouse and yard for customer pickup and delivery
  • Provide excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships
  • Upsell products by identifying additional needs and recommending related items
  • Process orders, generate quotes, and enter information into the system
  • Serve as a liaison between customers and warehouse team
  • Operate a forklift safely

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Warehouse experience and forklift operation
  • 2–4 years of experience in customer service, sales, or related field
  • Computer literate

Position could become full time with the company
