Description

Location: Wallingford, CT
Employment Type: Full-time, direct hire

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 hours per day; start time between 7:00 a.m. and 8:30 a.m.
Salary: $80,000–$125,000, depending on experience, plus potential incentive compensation

We are seeking two Design Engineers to join our engineering team in Wallingford, Connecticut. These are hands-on, individual-contributor roles focused on connector and interconnect design. Neither position includes management or supervisory responsibilities.
One of the two openings will require direct experience designing RF connectors.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop interconnect and connector products.
  • Apply mechanical engineering principles throughout the product design process.
  • Support design work from concept through completion.
  • Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams as needed.
  • Travel to the company’s corporate location in Glendale, California, on an as-needed basis.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • At least 3 years of experience in interconnect or connector design.
  • Direct RF connector design experience required for one of the two positions.
  • Strong hands-on design and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness and ability to travel periodically to Glendale, California.
  • Ability to work full-time on-site in the Wallingford, CT office. Remote or work-from-home arrangements are not available.
Reporting Structure
These positions report directly to the Engineering Manager based in the Connecticut office.
