Inside Sales Support- Customer Service Representative: 

We are seeking a detail oriented, customer focused individual  to join our clients team in Richfield, Ohio. This role supports daily operations related to customer orders, deliveries, installations, and general sales support. If you enjoy keeping things organized, communicating with customers and internal teams, and ensuring smooth day to day workflow, this position offers a great opportunity to grow

 

Shift:  

• 
  M-Th 8:30a-5p, Friday 8:30a-4p  
  
   
  

Pay:  

• 
  $20 per hour 
   
  

Key Responsibilities: 

• Process customer orders, returns, exchanges, and invoices
• Provide general sales support to maintain and grow customer accounts
• Includes phone calls, emails, stock checks, ETA updates, and follow ups
• Maintain daily communication with customers, delivery teams, installation teams, and the sales department
• Greet visitors and direct them appropriately 
• Manage orders, deliveries, and installations for single family/COD orders
• Schedule and monitor truck deliveries and commercial deliveries
• Coordinate delivery and installation appointments with customers, project supervisors, and installation teams
• Assist with scheduling warranty service calls and replacement parts as needed
• Provide freight quotes when required
• Complete paperwork filing and maintain organized records
• Support additional office or operational tasks as assigned

 

Minimum Qualifications: 

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and manage scheduling details
• Comfortable working with internal teams and external customers
• Organized, reliable, and proactive
• Experience in order processing, logistics, or customer service is a plus
