Inside Sales Specialist

NIC Industries (Cerakote, Cerakote Auto & Home, Prismatic Powders) is looking for a motivated Inside Sales Specialist to join our growing sales team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building relationships, solving customer needs, and driving sales growth in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

What You'll Do

Engage with customers via phone, email, and digital channels to develop relationships that are built on consultant based selling techniques. Understand customer needs and recommend solutions that drive value. Identify and act on sales opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling. Present product features, benefits, and pricing persuasively. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and transactions. Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our products.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in sales or a customer-facing role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Self-starter with a results-driven attitude.
