Inside Sales Specialist

In this role, you'll be instrumental in managing leads, estimating projects, preparing proposals, and providing exceptional on-site customer service. With on-the-job training provided, you'll quickly get up to speed and start making an impact. While most work is based out of Gering, expect to travel 2-3 days per week to meet with clients and support project execution—company vehicle included.

Required Skills:

• At least six months of sales and/or construction experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and handle customer interactions professionally
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed

Nice to Have Skills:

• Previous estimating or proposal writing experience
• Familiarity with construction or estimation software
• Bilingual abilities or additional language skills

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education or industry-specific certifications are a plus
• Prior experience in sales, estimating, or construction environments

Other Requirements:

• Must reside in or near Scottsbluff/Gering or be willing to relocate
• Ability to travel 2-3 days per week
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to learn
