As an Inside Sales Rep for our RoofInspection Campaign, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers tooffer them complimentary roof inspections. You will play a crucial role in promoting ourservices, scheduling appointments, and providing exceptional customer service.What you will do: Make outbound calls to prospective customers to offer complimentary roofinspections. Utilize scripts and talking points effectively to communicate the benefits of DreamHome Roofers' services. Build rapport with customers and address any questions or concerns they mayhave. Schedule appointments for roof inspections based on customer availability andcompany's schedule. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and appointment details inthe CRM system. Meet or exceed daily and weekly targets for call volume, appointmentsscheduled, and conversions. Collaborate with team members and managers to continuously improvecampaign strategies and achieve performance goals. Coachable and eager to learn Proficient in using technology; laptop, mobile device, tablet etc. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Sales mindset, driven and money-motivated Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed targets. Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
