Responsibilities:
- Engage with homeowners, build rapport, and identify their home improvement need
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for window and roofing
Required Skills:
- Exceptional client and database management skills-ability to develop and schedule appointments and manage lead database
- Proven ability to build rapport and establish trust with homeowners over the phone
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment
- Strong business development, lead generation, and relationship-building abilities
- Flexible availability to work various shifts during the week including some weekends
Experience:
- At least 3 years experience in a phone-based role.
- A proven track record in an outbound, lead generation sales environment a must
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
