We’re not looking for someone who wants to sit around waiting for the phone to ring.

We are looking for a HUSTLER.

C&O Hardware is growing fast, and we’re building a team of people who like to win, move fast, solve problems, take care of customers, and have a hell of a lot of fun doing it.

If you know the commercial construction supply world, understand that urgency matters, and can keep up when the orders are flying — we want to talk to you.

What you’ll be doing:

• Building relationships with commercial contractors
• \n
• Quoting and managing customer orders
• \n
• Working with vendors to source material and solve problems
• \n
• Helping customers get what they need when they need it
• \n
• Finding opportunities to grow accounts and win more business
• \n
• Working alongside a team that isn’t afraid to roll up its sleeves
• \n

What we’re looking for:

• \n
• 3+ years of commercial construction supply experience — REQUIRED
• \n
• College degree — REQUIRED
• \n
• Competitive, driven and hungry
• \n
• Strong communicator who actually likes talking to customers
• \n
• Organized enough to manage a lot of moving pieces
• \n
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment where “that’s not my job” isn’t really a thing
• \n
• Someone who wants more than just another job
• \n
