Position Overview:

As an Inside Sales Representative at Delaware Express, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service while driving sales growth in the travel industry. This full-time position involves booking transportation services, upselling additional services, and ensuring a seamless travel experience for our customers. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Provide top-notch customer service and solve problems with a smile.
• Reservation Management: Book reservations for transportation services, including airport shuttles and private charters.
• Sales Growth: Drive sales by recommending additional services and upselling when opportunities arise.
• Customer Follow-Up: Follow up with customers, answer their questions, and ensure their trips go smoothly.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure seamless operations from bookings to final destinations.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Prior experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
• Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Attitude: A customer-first mindset and a team-oriented approach.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in the travel and sports industry is a plus.
