We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative for a position in Monongahela, PA
Job Duties:
- Comfortable with incoming phone calls, processing orders, and assisting the outside sales team
- Handle customer inquiries promptly and effectively
- Act as a liaison with shipping department and back order management
- Confirms processing costs and orders; and tracks and expedites sales as required
- Dispatches customer orders when ready; locates trucks, ships and tracks customer orders
- Monday - Friday, 8AM-5PM, in-office position
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 2+ years related inside sales experience
- ERP / CRM software experience
- Industrial, manufacturing, or construction background preferred
- Purchasing, order entry, and expediting
- Comfortable making cold calls, multi-tasking, prioritizing, and strong attention to detail
