SeaWide Distribution, a division of Keystone Automotive Operations, Inc., is seeking a competitive, customer-focused Inside Sales Representative – Marine to join our Eastvale, CA team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys marine products, account development, and a sales environment focused on growth.

About the Role

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will work with an established marine customer base, develop new business, follow up on qualified leads, and recommend products that support each customer’s needs. You’ll help customers navigate marine electronics, navigation systems, engine maintenance, bottom paint, safety devices, and more.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with the outside sales team to support shared customer accounts
• Make proactive outbound calls to established marine customers
• Identify account growth opportunities and introduce new products and services
• Follow up with qualified leads and convert prospects into active accounts
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information in company systems
• Work toward established sales and activity goals while expanding product knowledge and sales skills

What We’re Looking For

• Previous sales, account management, customer service, retail sales, call center sales, marine parts, boating, or related experience preferred; willing to train the right person
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
• Competitive, motivated mindset with comfort asking for the sale
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and customer relationships
• Comfort working with computers, Microsoft Office, and customer database systems
• Occasional travel for customer visits or trade shows
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus
