    Why do we need you ?

    The Inside Sales Representative supports CertainTeed Exterior Products by building and strengthening customer relationships, generating new business opportunities, and driving product adoption across assigned markets. This role partners closely with Territory Managers, Marketing, Customer Experience, and other cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, qualify leads, and support strategic growth initiatives.

    Responsibilities include engaging contractors, builders, architects, specifiers, homeowners, and distribution partners through outbound phone and email outreach; managing lead pipelines and customer relationships within CRM systems; conducting market research and prospecting activities; tracking construction projects through tools such as Dodge Pipeline; and providing market intelligence and customer feedback to internal stakeholders. The role also supports customers with product information, sample requests, and solutions that help drive loyalty and increase sales of CertainTeed exterior products.

    Key Focus Areas: Customer relationship management and account development

    Lead generation, qualification, and pipeline management

    Outbound sales and prospecting activities

    Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Manufacturing

    Market research and construction project tracking

    Customer support for contractors, builders, architects, homeowners, and distribution partners

    Strategic business growth and market development initiatives

    This position serves as a critical link between customers, field sales teams, and internal partners to drive customer engagement, sales growth, and long-term loyalty to CertainTeed Exterior Products.
