Key responsibilities include:
Qualifying inbound and outbound leads to identify high-potential prospects
Conducting outbound calls and email outreach to engage and nurture new business opportunities
Collaborating with team members and employer partners to optimize sales processes
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and lead status
Contributing to a positive, energetic sales culture and supporting peers in their development
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Professional fluency in English
Authorization to work in the United States
Preferred Qualifications:
Working knowledge of CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot
Familiarity with spreadsheets including Excel or Google Sheets
Interest in starting a sales career as a recent graduate or career switcher
Experience communicating with prospective customers via phone and email
