Inside Sales Representative — Full-Time (Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM)


Position Overview
The Inside Sales Representative supports regional, national, and house account sales managers by providing order entry, customer communication, and technical assistance. This role ensures smooth order processing, timely shipments, and consistent communication with distributors.
Key Responsibilities

• Sales Support — Enter customer orders, prepare and send quotes, provide shipping and lead‑time updates, and respond to basic technical support questions for sales managers and customers.
• Order Management — Ensure all orders—small parts and full compressor packages—ship on schedule. Relay tracking information promptly to customers.
• Distributor Communication — Maintain accurate distributor contact information. Provide bi‑monthly outreach to communicate promotions, pricing updates, and product changes.
• Customer Service — Deliver clear, professional communication to support customer needs and maintain strong relationships.
• Internal Coordination — Work closely with sales managers, shipping, and production teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.

Required Qualifications

• English Fluency — Must speak and write fluent English.
• Physical Capability — Ability to lift up to 45 lbs.
• Punctuality — Consistent, on‑time attendance each workday.
• Microsoft Skills — Proficiency navigating Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook.
• Professional Communication — Ability to communicate clearly with customers and internal teams.

Work Environment & Expectations

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Dress Code: Business attire — jeans or slacks, collared shirt, and closed‑toe shoes
• Work Setting: Office‑based role with regular computer and phone use
