Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely, professional responses

- Maintain accurate spreadsheets, customer records, and sales documentation
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met
- Assist with order processing, follow-ups, and general sales support
- Maintain strong customer relationships through consistent communication




Requirements:
