Inside Sales Representative

LHH is hiring an Inside Sales Representative to drive our clients' new business growth through prospecting, lead generation, and customer engagement within industrial and manufacturing markets.

Responsibilities:

• Generate and qualify new business opportunities.
• Conduct outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Partner with outside sales teams to develop and transfer qualified leads.
• Maintain CRM activity and pipeline tracking in Salesforce.
• Support customer inquiries and quoting activities.

Qualifications:

• B2B sales or business development experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• CRM experience preferred.
• Industrial or manufacturing experience is a plus

Pay/Benefits:

• $60,000 - $70,000 depending on experience

Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
