 What You’ll Do:

• Assist customers via phone and email with orders
• Provide quotes and product information
• Process credit applications, purchase orders, adjustments, and cancellations
• Place orders with vendors using computers, phone, or email
• Maintain customer accounts and build lasting relationships
• Work closely with inside sales and sales reps in a team environment
• Stay up to date on discount structures and product offerings

 What You’ll Need:

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
• Willingness to learn about industrial products
• High school diploma or equivalent (customer service experience preferred)
• Ability to sit for long periods while working on a computer and phone
• Basic computer skills
