Pay: $60K - $70K

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Act as the primary contact for assigned customer accounts, ensuring responsive communication and a high level of customer service.
  • Partner with Account Managers, Strategic Account Managers, the Inside Sales Manager, and Outside Sales team to support account activities, customer requests, special projects, and administrative needs.
  • Accurately process sales orders and provide customers with final order confirmations.
  • Prepare and present quotes to customers, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with customer requirements.
  • Manage assigned new business inquiries and coordinate appropriate follow-up.
  • Source purchased parts and raw materials to support customer quotes, orders and production requirements.
  • Create and maintain purchased part SKUs and related information in the operating system.
  • Proactively communicate order changes, delays, and updates to customers and internal teams.
  • Receive, document, and coordinate follow-up on customer complaints, including initiation of the RMA process when applicable.
  • Share relevant customer, order, and account information with internal departments to support efficient service and issue resolution.
  • Maintain accurate customer, order, and account information in internal databases and systems.
  • Follow all company safety, security, operational, and procedural requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and/or two (2) years related experience in a business-to-business setting
  • Proficiency working with business systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Solid mathematical and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Adaptable, flexible and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to function at a computer workstation sitting or standing for up to 8 hours per day
