- Order entry
- Customer support
- Quoting and part set-up
- Provide order status; expedite as necessary
- Source raw material and products
- Review forecasts and maintain ERP system
- Support account managers and outside sales as needed
Pay Range: $60K - $70K
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of HR experience
- Proficiency working in a computer-supported environment with payroll and HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Thorough knowledge of employment related laws and regulations
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism and confidentiality
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow; able to multi-task
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy
Physical Requirements:
- Job performed mostly at a computer workstation sitting or standing for up to 8 hours per day
