The Details

• Pay: $18.00/hour
• Uncapped Commission
• Schedule: Full-time, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM
• Location: Bridgeport, NE

What You'll Do

• Handle inbound customer calls and emails for pricing and parts availability
• Track down hard-to-find parts from our network of approved vendors when something's not in stock
• Build quotes, invoices, and freight estimates that keep customers moving
• Own issues from start to finish - and keep customers in the loop the whole way
• Build real, lasting relationships with repeat customers and key accounts
• Make outbound calls to reconnect with past customers and generate new business
• Keep detailed, accurate records so nothing falls through the cracks

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• Solid computer skills (Email, Word, Excel)
• Strong phone presence and communication skills
• A problem-solver's mindset and a genuine desire to help customers
• Bonus points: 2+ years of sales experience in ag or construction parts, and working knowledge of agricultural equipment
