Responsibilities:- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, emails, and inquiries to drive revenue growth
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent follow-up and exceptional service
- Present, promote, and sell products and services to prospective and existing customers
- Prepare and process quotes, orders, and sales documentation accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely order fulfillment
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity in CRM software
Requirements:- Prior inside sales, customer service, or B2B sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to learn and articulate technical product knowledge in the engineering/performance industry
- Proficiency with CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, and general computer skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree a plus
