First-year reps have earned $150K+
Tiered commission plan (the more you sell, the more you earn)

This is a high-activity, high-reward inside sales role.
Make ~100 outbound calls per day
Connect directly with decision-makers
Work from qualified, viable leads (no cold sourcing required)
Use a consultative sales approach to uncover needs
Close business and hit monthly quotas
Leverage referral-based selling strategies
