As a Temporary Inside Sales Representative, you'll connect with new prospects, guide them through plan options, and support enrollment to help grow membership while delivering an outstanding experience. You'll work closely with the Medicare Sales team and cross-functional partners to deliver results that make a difference.

What You'll Do
As a Temporary Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Speak with eligible prospects by phone and through scheduled walk-in appointments to educate, enroll, and follow up
• Provide world-class customer service and build strong relationships with prospective members, brokers, and internal teams
• Maintain accurate documentation and updates across systems and databases, ensuring compliant, high-quality records
• Manage and move opportunities through the sales pipeline while meeting or exceeding activity and sales metrics
• Support administrative tasks, process improvements, and special projects as assigned

What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education preferred)
• 2+ years of experience in sales and/or customer service
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, and comfort learning new systems (telephony/call tracking tools a plus)
• Excellent phone presence, interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
