Inside Sales Rep - Entry Level

This employee increases revenue by responding to incoming and/or initiating outgoing customer inquiries; using company resources, policies, and procedures to provide complete, accurate data.

• • Ensure patient contact is handled with accuracy and operational effectiveness

  • • Promote products, thoroughly explaining product and/or services, benefits, and assisting with facilitating physician communication as necessary

    • • Resolve customer concerns

      • • Record customer information by obtaining, entering, and verifying required data

        • • Provide customer follow-up as required

          • • Contribute to departmental objectives through tracked contact and sales results

            • • 1-2 years inside sales experience required

              • • Prior health care and/or medical experience preferred

                • • Must be able to type at least 25-30 wpm

                  Education:
