This role involves quoting sign projects, managing customer relationships, coordinating with our production team, and ensuring projects move smoothly from concept to installation.The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, communicating with customers, managing multiple projects at once, and helping grow sales through excellent service and attention to detail.ResponsibilitiesQuote and manage sign and graphics projects including banners, vehicle graphics, wall graphics, dimensional letters, and illuminated signsWork directly with customers to understand project needs and timelinesCoordinate with design, production, and installation teams to deliver projects on scheduleManage multiple orders simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detailFollow up with customers and identify opportunities for additional signage solutionsPreferred ExperienceExperience in signs, print, graphics, or large format printingStrong organization and project management skillsExcellent communication and customer service abilitiesComfortable working with estimates, orders, and production timelinesExperience with Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, or print workflows is a plusCompensationBase salary + commission opportunitiesGrowth opportunities within a fast-growing sign and graphics center
